Artifact N-S-02, recovered from the Northern Wastes excavation site of Obsidian-12A, is a compact, hollowing vessel with gently rising walls and a subtle inward slope. The interior shows a muted grey-slate surface, soft and mineral-like in tone, while the unglazed exterior remains raw and dark to the touch. Its small, enclosed form suggests it once held modest portions of rations or trace samples collected in the field.
