Artifact A-L-01, recovered from the Arid Flats excavation site of Obsidian-12A, this lidded vessel emerges from the dust like a beacon. The lid’s glaze is a soft, warm tan-cream with muted bronze undertones, echoing the sun-scorched plains of its origin. The matte black base grounds the form, while the interior glaze pools into subtle swirls, as if carrying echoes of signals long passed.
More than a container, this piece suggests a relic meant to carry messages across time — both functional and symbolic.
