When I made this tumbler, I was experimenting with color gradients in the glazing, playing with how the colors would shift and interact. The top starts with a warm rust orange that gradually transitions into a creamy tone and then fades into a crisp white at the base. I wanted the shifts in color to feel organic, like they had a natural rhythm. Inside, I used a sky blue glaze for a soft, calming contrast, reminiscent of looking into a clear sky. This piece captures my exploration of layering colors and creating movement through glazing.
